When you are in the map in upper right hand corner click on your settings button. Then select the help center. Page down and select contact us. Then select your problem. I kept selecting contest. The contact us link eventually works and keep going in and out of the game to trigger the pop up form.

I selected under contest for my problem and kept messaging King under the contact us link. Keep trying.

Hi. I got the same thing. But now when I go into my Candy Crush game there is not Allstars graphics. Do you show that as well?

Any update? Was anyone notified about what we do and if semi finals are even going to happen tomorrow?

I am qualified for the semi-Finals. Twice a pop up says King needs more information from me before the semi-finals. Both times I click on the link and select enter and it says page error or my information has already been submitted which is not true. HELP!!

One of the moderators responded that they are aware of the problem. I did respond that next round is coming up so a time frame for when it will be working would calm everyone down. Hopefully she will get a time frame soon.

Yes, however, it would help to know the time frame. The next round will start soon and many people are worried that this glitch will effect their ability to play in the next round. So, if you have a time estimate that would be awesome. Thank you!

I got the same thing but then today it said they need more information. I selected to enter then got error message that the page is not available any longer. Did anyone get a similar message?
