When you are in the map in upper right hand corner click on your settings button. Then select the help center. Page down and select contact us. Then select your problem. I kept selecting contest. Explain pop up isnt working in all stars contest. Then keep going out of the game then go back in and hopefully will trigger the…

The contact us link eventually works and keep going in and out of the game to trigger the pop up form.

I selected under contest for my problem and kept messaging King under the contact us link. Keep trying.
