Hello @CandyLV, have you synced your Facebook and King accounts? Tap 👉HERE👈 for instructions on how to do that. Boosters are stored locally on your device, so they will remain there. Gold bars are stored in your account on King servers.

Hello again @sodyka. The process for clearing game cache might differ depending on your device. I play on an Android mobile tablet. My path is shown beliw. Settings → Apps → Candy Crush Saga → clear cache Do NOT clear data. Your boosters are stored locally on your device, so they will be lost if you clear data.
