Can you provide more details? What event were you playing where you won the gold bar(s)? Did you take a screenshot of your expected reward?
Sometimes there is a lag in getting rewards. Has it since showed up? Have you tried our standard troubleshooting steps?
- ensure you have a stable Internet connection
- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB
- clear your game cache (do NOT delete data — your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)
- check for updates for your game app and run them
- force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
