Hi, Yes, we had an issue yesterday causing Android users to lose their progress and boosters. The level issue is fixed and we are now working on giving all the booster back as well. We are really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you.

Yes, you are right! We now identified a new Issue with boosters got reset, thank you for highlighting this and I have not updated the thread again! We are working on giving you all the booster back that you lost!

Hi, Yesterday we had an issue where some players on Android got reset and we have fixed so the level are back but sadly the fix did not give back the lives and booster. We are currently working on fixing this as well. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we are working hard to make sure this is fixed as soon as possible.
