playing the 2nd knockout round in the winter cup event and friend sends me lives but you have the lives on hold for 13 hours yesterday you held the lives for 20 hours. How am I supposed to compete in the winter cup when you wont allow me to use the lives?

I also have not received my hold bars for May 🤔 and will we have to contact support each month to remind them we won a years worth?
