Which boosters are locked exactly, the pre-game ones where you can select 1 of before starting a level or is it the in-game boosters?

The usual culprit in these levels is the candy bombs blowing up before the timer has run down, even if you've got the minimum score it will be counted as a fail if that happens. May want to check out some of the comments made on here: http://candycrush.wikia.com/wiki/Level_2135

Your progress is most likely fine, it's just that you can't link it to multiple accounts. If you log back into your old Facebook account you'll see your progress.

Delete the Facebook app, open up chrome and log into your FB, minimize Chrome and open the game, when you hit connect it should log you in through chrome page which you already signed into. That should do the trick.
