I thought it was linked to the objective in the level itself, maybe I'm wrong though.

That's quite a while to be waiting! What are you playing from, Facebook or do you have the game app installed?

Where is he getting them from or how is her earning them exactly? Is he taking part of events that you're not getting or something?

Are you using the same user session when you log onto your laptop or do you have one each? What's actually happening in your game, where is it going wrong exactly?

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.

What was updated, Windows 10 or the game app? And what's happening exactly when you're trying to log on, what pops up?

If you're playing on a tablet you should probably install the game app instead of playing it from Facebook.

You can only be signed into one at a time, if you're connected to Kingdom then FB won't show up and the vice versa. Once you disconnect in the game you should see the "F" again.
