I'd check in Soda to see if the 100 gold bars haven't been added there, some of the recent promotions have been giving gold bars for the game installed and not for the game where you saw the advertisement.

Chances are the last time your game was synced to either FB or Kingdom was when you were at level 744. This happened to me before and I lost 20 or so levels that i'd already completed as I didn't connect to Facebook before uninstalling and reinstalling.

This won't work for any boosters that you've earned unfortunately, but any boosters that you have purchased can be restored with the "restore purchases" option in the game settings menu in the bottom left.

What does the message say exactly once you completed level 555? Are you sure it's not because of sneaky candy bomb?

It's safe to say that with the amount of attention level 587 has been getting recently that this will be looked into as it does seem to be quite a problem. Though at least some others have found that playing the level on mobile or tablet is a workaround as the ingredients are dropping normally on that platform, so it looks…

The booster on your Facebook do not transfer onto other devices, your gold bars and progress does, but boosters are device specific. It's also the same vice versa from mobile to FB.

If you can try play the level on mobile or tablet as it seems the ingredients drop a lot sooner on that platform! A few others on here have mentioned it too.

Didn't think there were any ads that popped up on the gameboard, what were these advertisement for exactly? Was it for another King game?

If you can you should play this level on mobile or tablet as it's slightly different for that platform it seems and the ingredients do drop sooner than than on Facebook.
