All my boosters are locked after candy crush update

After reinstall and updating candy crush my boosters are locked. I have reinstalled and that did not help. Boosters are on if I play on my laptop through Facebook, though. I also lost progress after update.

Hi @dazzly, could you possibly do a print screen so that we can get a better idea of what's going on. If I am reading your message correctly, are they boosters that you would click on before opening the level? Here are some steps if you need help with a print screen:

The booster on your Facebook do not transfer onto other devices, your gold bars and progress does, but boosters are device specific. It's also the same vice versa from mobile to FB.
