Thanks, my problem is Microsoft are charging me for extra lives that I am not given. After I click to purchase extra lives, I should not be returned to the shop screen to purchase extra lives again to complete the same level. Microsoft are not responding to my requests for refunds.

Each time I pay to finish a level, it takes me back to the shop screen after it takes my payment, I wonder if Microsoft will refund me :-(
