I HAD all of this on my game level 3160 but everything disappeared after some type of update or something. I see that thus happened to a lot of players.. Very frustrating. And so disappointing that King can't seem to fix issue(s) across the board.

I have had that happen to me before and like you, was unable to restore any of it. Apparently this happens to a lot of people. You would think that a company this big, with so many complaints would fix these glitches and make good on people's accounts. ESPECIALLY people that have made many many purchases. I am now on level…
