Hi Donna! Try disabling any plugins and extensions in your browser. Also check what other programs you have running in the background while playing the game. I can also recommend that you use Google Chrome as it seems to run really well with Flash based games like Candy Crush Soda Saga. Cheers :-)

Hi Bill! Do you get any error message when connecting to Facebook? If you have an extra mobile device (iPhone or similar) if you can connect correct to Facebook. If yes, the the problem could be on your iPad. Cheers :-)

Hi Margaret, Currently level 935 is the last level available for mobile iOS devices. Until new levels are released you can play on Facebook or King.com (until level 965).
