The game is still pretty new so I'm guessing they'll add some more upgrade options or something else to spend it on down the line. I hope so! I've been waiting for new upgrades for a month.

You have to make a match in the same row as the goat, it will run over to the hay bales, then you keep making matches that line up with the goat and the hay bales. If you make a super cropsie match near the goat he will jump over on top of the hay. It's rather a pain in the butt. Hope this helps.
