I think I am the only one having ad issues in this thread. I play on an iPad & the ad issue where it freezes then goes to a black screen started a few weeks ago. It seems to be only for certain ads, not all & only effected the CCS app, nothing else. I am currently not getting many ads in a day to watch.

did you try watching ads today? My boosters seem to be staying in my account today. I’m still having the freezing & black ads issue. Like you, I’m not going to play any new levels until this is fixed. So disappointing. ☹️

I have been having this issue too for a while now. Today, I realized that even when I am able to watch an ad successfully in Sweet Cinema & it says I found a booster, the booster does NOT get added into my booster supply. Please fix this issue. In the meantime I will not be playing any new levels.
