so far today 6 out of 7 times I’ve attempted to watch an ad for a Sweet Cinema booster, the screen goes black. for some time now the ads start then go black, so I need to close the game & restart, then of course losing my game level without finishing. I am having a problem with the ads starting, then my screen goes black and I must close the app and restart it. Because of this issue when I’m playing a new episode, I use gold bars for extra moves instead of taking a chance on playing an ad and losing my win streak. Please look into this issue.

Today I played through one episode (levels 15801-15815) winning the race, using gold bars to finish levels on the first try. have been having this problem for weeks now. There is no point in even opening the game with only daily boosters & the occasional “Sweet Cinema” ad, even the “Season Pass” is nowhere to be found. Will this ever be fixed?

when is this going to be fixed? Although I have boosters, not enough to get me past all the harder levels in an episode, since I can’t access my 260 gold bars. I won’t dare to log out of my account to risk losing all my boosters. Soon I’ll just be doing the daily booster claims & that will be it for the day. Please fix this

Have been getting the same message for awhile. Since I don’t want to risk losing my episode win streak, I will only play old levels to earn boosters until this problem is fixed. It’s gotten very boring. Please fix this.
