I figured it out. I do not get the 20 lives I get each day because I did not have any lives from friends. No that I request and get lives sent I am able to use them. Sorry for the post. It can be closed now.

each night at midnight I get 20 lives to play. I used to be able to play them. Now I can not get them. The only lives I can play are the ones I get every 30 minutes. What is happening?

@Freddy_Falkner well I just replayed the levels i lost and used up almost all of my inventory. I had asked for the levels to be restored but guess it was too hard to do it the correct way. so I will just play the game and hope for the best. Probably not ask for help again in the future.

Freddy, what device do you play it on? is it over the internet? how do you reload so that you get the level you are supposed to have?

That makes no sense. The avatar was on the next level. After reload of game avatar was back one level.

OK that sounds good. Now it brings up the next question. How do I make sure the game is correctly registered? Is there a some steps to take to verify that?

sorry was on level 2863 and went back to 2862. I am now, after redoing 2862 on level 2863!

I do not use Facebook and have not been able to get lives using my PC windows 10. Do not know the version on the internet Candy Crush Saga that I am using.

i only use FB to read items I do not play any games via FB. I have never downloaded SAGA from the microsoft store Also where is MicroSoft Store? I also do not know how to tell what version I am running now. I only hit the chrone reload circle to get the latest version as far as I know.

OK I am a newby. On W10 only. How do I find the version of SAGA. Would be nice if when it says it is loading that it dislayed the version.
