Also here is the beginning screen. There are no moves unless I use one of the extra features ( I forget what they’re called but they smash candies for you) which I don’t have. Usually it will say no moves possible and will shake it up so there will be but it does not for this level. Essentially, I’m stuck and can’t play without buying more bonus features and even if I do I never get those 3 striped candies cleared no matter what I do. (Image)

  • Hi! I am new bee and I am stuck at level 130. It won’t give me credit for the orders I have collected ( the candies that were encased in what looks like ice?) and now when I start a game, there are no possible moves. I have attached screenshots in hopes that someone can help. I wrote to customer care but haven’t heard back…

  • I am stuck on Level 130. I am not received any credit for the candies that have the jelly over them that I hit. I write to customer care but they haven’t got back to me. I sent pictures to help illustrate what’s going on. Can anyone help me? I would appreciate it. Thanks!
