  • Hi there! Team search shows only 40 results based on your query. You have to press a certain button (A complaint button, I think) to get new results when you are searching for a team.

  • Yeah, at the moment you lose EVERY step you have accumulated. This also happens if you leave a level without using a portal. It is a real shame.
  • You will unlock the cog part eventually, after a while. You will get notified when you can unlock them in a future collection map. So, in the mean time, you will have to make do with the resource you have.

  • If you contact customer support, you can tell them that you will send screenshots over mail. When customer supports messages you on your email, you are free to send any picture there. So maybe try explaining that you are struggling sending screenshots from the help interface? You can also just send the image link.
  • Hi there! To make truly sure that he is hacking or abusing exploits, check his level. Low-level users with high trophy amounts are usually abusing exploits (which should be patched soon). Report that person by clicking on the red button on their profile, and also sending staff tickets.

  • Oh, you also lose all of your steps if you a boss or henchman level. I left one and lost over 60K steps.
