It’s fixed now. The update from yesterday fixed my issue

The picture is of what happens when I don’t win a level and my “partner” gives me more moves. You can see in the background that it says I am done with the level (didn’t pass the level), and the accept moves is in front of that. I cannot accept the moves, and have to force close the app to get out of this.

I am using an IPhone XR. My game ID is 12410635799. As of this afternoon, I am still experiencing this problem.

I am having a similar issue for the past 2 days. The screen pops up for me to accept the extra moves, but I can’t click it. The only way to get out of it is to force close the app and start over. On Diamond Diaries Saga, the last. 3 or 4 times I’ve completed a necklace, I am supposed to get a reward, but I have not. I’ve emailed the support each time this has happened, but not gotten any response. Can someone help me? Thanks!!
