Hi, i had that same problem not able to drag the pet to the right place and get a reward occasionally. It said that he need a paramedic. One way to solve this problem is simply to wait until the pet is moving at that time tag the pet, many times it give me the reward right the way. So you might want to try that.

Hi @llybll40 ,did you save your game with a King account or facebook, if you do you will not lose your game progress. The mystery mountain does has some problems this week, hope they can fix next week. In fact this week's mystery mountain is the easiest one i ever played.
