I have accepted free lives from fellow farmies and they disappeared and not added? I've lost many a life.

Are there any tech issues that would hv reset my fall event?? I worked so hard to get to lvl 17.
I was out harvesting carrots.. and went to level 24

I lost lives while collecting in past levels.. only to find that the honey pots replaced what I'm trying to collect. I have no gold bars or can't purchase nor my team can be bothered to send me lives! I am stuck on lv. 4287 and lv 8on fall event!! This farmer is not happy.. i am but i don't think honey pots are my favorite…
