Game not loading.
Hi support team. My PRS game is not loading as fast as it should. And it freezing sometimes. I think it's due to the Petopia event. I didn't have any problems before the event. I've that, everytime this event is on.I have this problem. Due to that. I sometimes lose my boosters. And I'm not the only 1 who noticed this.β¦

My PRS game hasn't been loading for 3 days now due to Petopia challenge. This is what happens. I've tried everything. Nothing is working. I can't play my game now. I even downloaded the game on my new ipad .hoping to work there. But, it's still the same issue can you please fix the problem. I'm losing all my daily rewards.β¦

Hi@Lynette /Lady_Choo. I've lost 5 rewards. 1 yesterday and, 4 today. 1 balloon π yesterday and, 2 paint tin 's and 2 rocket π 's today. You get the rewards when, you open the πΌ panda box. My game is up to date. I check my game updates everyday. Is it just me .or, is someone having the same problem. I don't have connectionβ¦
