Hi@Lynette /Lady_Choo.
I've lost 5 rewards. 1 yesterday and, 4 today. 1 balloon ๐ yesterday and, 2 paint tin 's and 2 rocket ๐ 's today. You get the rewards when, you open the ๐ผ panda box. My game is up to date. I check my game updates everyday. Is it just me .or, is someone having the same problem. I don't have connection issues with my Internet.

Hi @zainab786 do you save the game before you log out? And do you save it via facebook?
I ask because often facebook has problems saving and connecting to our games (even if the internet connection is good!)

Do you save logging on with the kingdom instead @zainab786 ?? Please tell me you do, just in case your mobile ever breaks.
The best thing to do is probably contact support from within the game and they can look into your account ๐ค

Hi @Lady_Choo .yes I do save it on Kingdom. Thanks for tagging. I won't get the boosters so, we'll just leave it. I just wanted to let you know the issue.

@zainab786 The beginning of month my laptop crashed and I had to reinstall the game and lost many rewards. I wrote king and gave them my ID# they gave me back my rewards and then some. If this is the same issue you are having..try to write them. Lisa

Hi@lisamo .thanks for the tag. I did contact them.they did nothing. ๐ญ๐ญ .they told me to ask in the community. Like now graw a pet is back.and after you finish the quest before collecting the gold. You have 5 rewards chest 's which, open when you finish it and, get rewards. I didn't get those either. ๐ญ๐ข

I am not sure why it keeps happening to you, but the email they sent you back, sounds like the automated reply. So reply back to that email with your issue in future and you will get a real person.
However, you need to make sure you choose the right options and you shouldn't be sent back here. Follow the steps here...

Does the collect the ๐ star challenge be there when, the graw a pet challenge is over.i tried to find it.by; clicking oโ๏ธsign. But; it wasn't there.have a nice weekend. ๐๐ค

Hi @zainab786 , I never even got that game...nor does the + button work to get the panda boxes. I finally just got the chest that I lost after they redid the game. Enjoy your weekend.
