Oh, @mcnelly67 , I'm so sorry this isn't solved yet! I cannot find your ID number, I remember I asked for it but I cannot find where you game it to me- can you post it once again?

These are the bonuses. A terms of service popped up on my screen and when I clicked on it all I got was 'ERROR' no bonuses

What exactly did that message say? What are the bonuses that you have not received?
I've done all the things suggested in your response. Matter of fact that is the same response I continue to receive!! I would like to actually have the issue resolved!! No one seems to be doing that!!

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! đ)Â

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
If it's still not worked, Don't worry! You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Missing items" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

The error message came up when it said except new terms. Went away and never popped up again. I know bonuses went away but I didn't get the bonus that they sent with the new terms update.

Also could you screenshot any error messages you are receiving as we would be able to advise you better
Please keep your game up to date and log out and restart your device then log back in and see if this solves your issue
