Game of Blossom Blast froze so I re installed and wanted to continue with Facebook and it picked up wrong Facebook and I cannot change it.

Welcome to the forum! 👋
If the apps are any similar, you need to log out of your Facebook profile in your FB app. Might as well just uninstall your FB app. Make sure you're not logged in on your mobile browser. Then log out of your game account and attempt to sign in again via Facebook. It will then let you enter different FB account details.
