How do you give someone a life in Blossom saga? can only see where to ask for life or where someone

Blossom Saga Have registered on Blossom Sage. Can ask for help and can see where soneone has asked me for help but can't work oue how to send freinds lives. and there is no Blossom Sage to pick from the selection below
