I'm sorry if you lost all your boosters. And then so many.
If you bought the boosters for real money and the receipt is still there, you can get it refunded.
If you received the boosters for free from the daily login calendar, our honey-sweet calendar in Blossom Blast Saga, they are unfortunately non-refundable. Basically, it is always advisable not to store too many boosters. Boosters are stored locally on the device where you purchased them. When you buy a new device, you're starting from scratch.
