Now my life is truly a waterfall. And the water is falling incredibly fast.
And there are creatures swimming around this waterfall who are thinking about why this waterfall is needed. The lake is enough for them. If the waterfall stops, it will make them feel better.
They are wrong. If the waterfall stops, then the lake will cease to exist.

I understand that the huge waters bring destruction and cease in the flow would create calm. I pray and always wish calmer waters for you my friend. You are always in my thoughts and pray for justice๐

I remember my Gran ingesting these for another reason, however I will buy some to add to my bath, thank you, I will try anything for some relief with the pain, I am probably also magnesium deficient ๐ค

Thankfully I haven't had these since I was a child, and yes I got them in the Winter too. I have some Epsom salt on order, I will give it a go and let you know if it helps me ๐ค Thank you for your thought, kindness and help ๐
