You're welcome. @Racoon7 .anything that helps. It helped me with my chilblains. I get them in winter. Very painful. It's where your toes go really red and sore. It's to do with blood saculation. I think.
I remember my Gran ingesting these for another reason, however I will buy some to add to my bath, thank you, I will try anything for some relief with the pain, I am probably also magnesium deficient 🤗

Thank you for your kindness Jo 💜 I just wish the pain would go and the swelling in my feet/lower legs would go so as I could wear my shoes and boots. One of my blood tests were abnormal, I have to wait another week for a re-test.
