Are you sure that's the right level? 1384 is a jelly clearing level, isn't it?

So which part of 'more levels will be available soon' is hard to understand? Levels beyond this point have yet to be added. You can't do them because they don't exist. One day they will and then you can move on.

How do you intend to prove that it was a mistake and that you're not simply pulling a fast one having failed to complete the level with the extra turns? It's your responsibility to be careful when you're playing. It would be totally unreasonable to expect a refund in these circumstances.

I think you know that this isn't possible. It's unfortunate that the game affects you in this way but hundreds of millions of players have passed these levels and the many others which also include the changing candies. It would be totally unreasonable to change the whole nature of the game for one player at this stage,…

Yup, I solved it. Can't remember how many attempts but it wasn't more than ten. You do need to have the lucky candy booster operating at the very least and a full range is preferable so take some time to stock up (remember that you can do this for free very easily) before you have another try.

You don't say what platform you are playing on but it looks like this level is rogue on whichever it is. Playing at king.com, as shown in the picture, the target is a colour bomb/wrapped candy combo. You can try that on your present platform to see if it overrides what you're being shown or play on one of the alternatives…

Without video or at least a screen capture it's going to be next to impossible to say what's going on. have you tried playing the level again since the incident? Is it still performing in the same way? I just played the level at king.com without any problems so have you maybe considered that option?

Surely it's your responsibility to upgrade available memory or clear space in the existing memory? What are you expecting King to do? Reprogram everything to suit your memory?

That would be the colour change candies then. They cycle between two colours changing at the end of each move. You can therefore anticipate the changes but, for the most part, I tend not to bother and just make matches in the normal way.

I think it's always been that way. I don't remember it ever being a free move.
