No idea how to fix your issue. I'm getting the same "no internet" whenever I try to log out and then login again to sync progress. I finally got past 132 on my iPad but can't sync my phone.
I also had an issue with an in-app purchase. Took four or five days to get iTunes to refund it. Ive also sent numerous communications to King and have had ZERO luck getting a reply.
