It's a glitch, I experienced it myself. The players do not cheat and have done nothing wrong. It's just a glitch.

What do you mean by this? "Ads are currently unavailable at the moment." I've got ads. They're not unavailable for everyone. If you paid real money, they're gone though.

Just a quick heads up. If you haven't spent any real money or a coupon in the game already: your ads will be gone if you do so and there won't be any more freebies.

I'm one of the players that out of nowhere appeared to have played 5000 levels in seconds. Obviously I did not play 5000 levels in seconds. My player card showed the correct number of levels played and I would have won the weekly contest anyway. I hope the correct numbers of levels determines if one wins the weekly contest…

Yes, if you spend real money in the game, you won't get ads anymore. That's it. I'm sorry you found out like that.

Go through your friends and kick those, who didn't send lives. And add new friends who send loads of lives. The player card shows how many lives the player has sent over the past week. It's an indication if the player is active or not.

If you look at countless comments here or anywhere really where Candy Crush is discussed, you'll find that no more ads after spending real money is really common. I'm sorry you didn't find out before and therefore couldn't come to an informed decision if you want to give up ads.
