The lowest tier bag is actually the best one. Yet they keep pestering me with offers to get my streak back to 6th tier. Thankfully, the 'Not Now' button is still available. They want to make the win streak keepers suffer, I think.

But clearly the game only gives us those for jelly levels. So they took away a stripe from my Candy Necklace and replaced it with fish that they only give me sometimes 😡 The 6th tier goodie bag is literally the worst of them all.

I personally find that the hardest levels in the game at the moment are the "super hard" ones, and "nightmarishly hard" levels I also find these harder to beat than Legendary ones.
