It seems impossible to pass this level. Also when I check the tips video it shows different games
Thank you so much for getting back to answer my question (I wonder if you got a helping hand from someone at King) . And thank you for pointing out my mistake in the level. In a way I am really glad I did because it pointed me to a very interesting level in the game to study for changes in the behaviour of the fish.

Yes I have had cleared the level after writing to King. I think there some problem in the game earlier now it was solved. Also my game was diff. not like the one you have shown.
I can't recall exactly, but I think they were just random jellies. That is interesting that you got such a different outcome. So there are different test groupa with different board algorithms. I got no matches next to the skulls for my first four attempts and only one possible move, so I was completely stuck with no way to pass. Once the game reshuffled, produced a fish and set it off, the two sides open up and a lot of matches become available. So at this point if the jelly fish don't attack the skulls the game is a definitive fail: There are lots of possible matches and even cascades in the outer section, but it does not affect our ability to reach the keys while there is no possible move in the inner section.
I am planning on opening a thread dedicated to changes in the jelly fish this week. I think there have been major tweaks in the algorithms this week. My latest test game is just wild with them and yes, I am finding their behaviour has changed.
By the way, when I scroll back I have two different early levels test groups in my four games. Cornflower and the new game have the old levels 51 to 150, but with fish mad clearly changed new algorithms. Echinacea and Allium have the new version that Pyro complained about, with the marshmallow and order lock levels. I wonder if these are now two separate test groups.
Interestingly, @christinewupp, I got perfect matches near the skull on my first four attempts, so I was unable to test what fish would do. On subsequent attempts, they did target the skull, but you are absolutely right that their behavior regarding the skulls has been tweaked and is no longer reliable. Did the rogue fish aim for special candies or just random regular candies instead of the skull? The general behavior of fish on jelly levels I think has changed at some point too, and they now target specials more often than before. This is another gripe of mine regarding fish.
@MannyFae If you read this and are interested please could you check what happens with the jelly fish in your first attempt? I am sure that once the bubble gum underneath the dragons was cleared, which is what they always go for first, once there are no possible moves in the middle section (which I got to in my first few attempts very quickly) the jelly fish did not go for the sour skulls but for me went for random jellies on either side, holding up the game. I wish I had taken a screenshot of my first attempt, which might have illustrated this.

This level looks like this for me, and I think you are onto something here, as I see that the latest change in the level algorithms have ruined the level and it seems impossible to get the sour skulls and keys to finish it, at least on my first few attempts.
Please could you advise if you have managed to pass this level since posting here.
I will try it out to see how long it takes me to pass without boosters. You need luck of the right candies dropping in the middle section to get the sour skulls and then the keys. The jelly fish seem to not got for the skulls, which is a problem here.
The levels have been muddled up within their episodes which is why checking YouTube is no longer helpful, but as the algorithms have been changed I doubt that viewing the videos would help here.
