What IOS troubleshooting??? I’ve upgraded to the most current version and I did everything it told me to do and I’m still having the problem

I also tried contacting them and was referred to this page! What a stupid customer service program!!! I’m not that attached to all of my King games. I’ll happily look elsewhere if they can’t, or won’t, provide support for their products.

Mine messed up before I updated my IOS. I reloaded it and it stopped opening after 24 hours. My other games, including King games, work fine. I’ve now reloaded it again. I’m back at level 1. It’s very irritating!
