Hi Veronica! Which mobile device do you have? In most cases a reboot of the device can solve many issues. You might also have to try to re-install the game. I have an LGMS323, my phone is all updated. I have also rebooted my phone to see if that helps but to no avail. I have also deleted and reinstalled the game on my phone and that has not helped either. Any other suggestions?
