Normally if an app does this it's related to memory or conflict issues. I recommend 2 things, first is to check that your phone has some free memory and that the Ram is not full up. Then if this is all clear, you can delete the game and reinstall it clean. If your progress is saved that is. Try these things out.

How are you saving your progress, do you connect your game to facebook or the kingdom? If you don't save it to either then maybe this is why its always being reset to the start. I highly recommend saving your progress to either one of these platforms. It can save a lot of heartache!

How many hours do you want, you need to sleep, haha. I'm not sure what has happened there but I think being given over 20 hours of free lives is a pretty good deal so just enjoy the freebies for what they are!
