Because the levels are always released on facebook first and then mobile a few weeks later. This is how the game has always been. If you have access to a computer then you can play the new levels first :)

I don't play a lot of pet rescue but do you have the option to connect to the kingdom in the app? Its like a little orange crown logo. I ask because with this you get assigned random local friends and I've found that normally they help with roadblocks and lives a lot quicker and it saves you from connecting to facebook.…

If the game keeps closing then it's worth looking at your tablet to see if there's something wrong there. I recommend closing all other apps and only opening candy, see if its a Ram issue. You can also just try a simple restart as this can work wonders. Maybe even check if there's an update for the app thats available. 

I just commented on another thread. This has happened to you, me and every other candy crusher I think. It happens, but just like falling off the bike, get back to it and you'll pass the level in no time :)

There's not much you can do I'm sorry to say Jeanne. This has happened to us all. It's just a case of keeping your mobile or PC up to date, whichever one you use. I'm sure you can pass the level again in no time.
