Where are they not showing? I'm not quite sure where you mean if you say they are on the scoreboard. Do you mean you can't see them on the map? 

I don't know too much about windows 10 but normally if an app crashes its due to things like, memory issues, CPU usage etc. It might be that your PC is running too many programs and it can't handle another so the app crashes. It could be a temporary issue, like a connection problem with the store. I would check out the information saved in your app store profile, card details etc, maybe something needs to be updated or checked before it will allow you to purchase. 

I'm not sure unless you can find the correct email/password combination to get back into your kingdom account. If you can get back in then you click on the little 'connect to Facebook' button this app (without signing out of kingdom) and your progress will then be on both but you really need to get back into the kingdom…

If I remember rightly then it changed recently. I think now you only win boosters in this promotion. I think you get the gold bars when you remain there but not for just winning if that makes sense. 

Try a full clear out of the info in your browser. Remove the game from your facebook, then clear out your cookies and cache, restart and then add the game again. This will get rid of any conflicting data and should hopefully update your game map. 

 Its hovering over the level which you need to reach in a certain time right? You're sure you've hit this level. Post up a screenshot and I can let you know if it looks right or not :) 

I'm not sure if you're talking about the game site King.com or the kingdom (the little orange in-game app thing for saving your game) I know you can sync mobile to facebook, but not to King.com. If you let me know which one you mean maybe I can help. 

Did you pay for them or were they the ones you had from when you first started the game?

I'm sure this was resolved? I saw a post saying that the latest update came with a fix. Check your app store and update if you can.
