Maybe they are saved to the other profile, because when you first start you're connected with kingdom. If you disconnect, do you get them back?

If the correct level is showing on facebook then you only need to open up the app on your PV and click to 'connect to Facebook' then your progress should return. I don't have much experience with blackberry but maybe the steps will be similar to the ones in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIYE7aW5jcE

How do you save your progress, with facebook or kingdom? It could be that you have just lost your connection and need to re-connect. Check in the app settings (bottom left) to see if you can reconnect again and this should return your progress.

The confirmation appears when you purchase the gold bars using real money, this is the most important one! If you know the pop up is gonna appear then stop before you press anything. I even recommend getting a stylus pen if you wanna be really precise.

Clair, try this. Close all other programs, clear out your browser cache, update flash if required and then try again to play this level. There's a king video that recommends some similar things to try: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OESCE4Jj2tU
