Because you are looking at videos of the old version of the level. Go to search for the level and then filter by upload date. You will see that the latest videos all have 24 moves. 

The pin, is it from a facebook voucher or something like that? Do you get any error messages when you play. If you can give more info, then maybe we can help :)

Does it show the 3 stars on the map under level 850? I only ask because it sounds to me like the game hasn't recognised that you passed level 850. Check it out and see. 

It could be your mobile/tablet? Maybe its full or maybe you need to update your details or maybe it's even your wifi. It's more a device issue than a game issue if you can't fully install it :)

Hey, can you try and give us a bit more info? I'm not quite understanding the issue you're having with this level sorry.

Did you download and login to the facebook app on the tablet. You will need to do this first and then connect and your levels should return to your game. 

I have experienced anything like this in my game. What browsers have you tried, what phone do you have? 

It could be your tablet Glenn. Personally I restart my device on a regular basis, I also clear out the cache and memory whenever I can just to make sure my tablet is running smoothly. It might be worth you trying these steps also.
