what happened to the timer, did it count down to zero? Do you have the option to ask for friends for help. I'm also sure that you got 50 gold bars when you got the game, maybe you can use some of those bars. 

But you've accepted them when you have run out or you just have them in your inbox. The maximum amount of lives you have is 5 so if you're accepting them when you have 5 then you will only ever see 5 no matter how many you accept. I'm just wondering if this is where you're getting mixed up?

I think with every game, as you progress further things are bound to get more difficult. If the game was made up of 1000 easy levels, well, no one would find it a challenge and no one would play. I guess its best just to play to your limit.

This was only a promotion so I'm guessing it has finished now or maybe even been given to other players. I know that a lot of the promo's go out to random groups and then they change around. 

It happens to the best of us sorry Susie. Its normally browser related. You could try another browser like Chrome or update the flash player in the one you are using. This has worked for me in the past. 

My recommendation, close all other programs and apps and see if this helps. It could be that the memory on your computer is being overworked by other programs. You can also try another browser to see if this changes anything. 

The maximum amount you can have is 5. That's all the game will allow and show in the little heart. So don't accept the extra lives until you need them!
