Please help

Hi!Ok, every few levels, I get stuck for months! Changing it to say hard level makes no difference! Aren't games supposed to be fun? Isn't the objective to get people to want to play? I used to play a few hours a day but now I hardly do, it's too frustrating! I just want to know if your changing this or if I should just find a different game?

I think with every game, as you progress further things are bound to get more difficult. If the game was made up of 1000 easy levels, well, no one would find it a challenge and no one would play. I guess its best just to play to your limit.

Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
