My connection drops from time to time and it takes me a while to reconnect. You're on the right path with your troubleshooting. I can see this was a few days ago, have you managed to reconnect yet?

This normally happens when you change the clock on your tablet. It changes the candy crush clock as well. You need to reset it back to adjust the clock to its normal time again. 

You're sure you met the level requirements, or maybe it just didn't register. Have you tried to play and pass the level since?

Hmm, not sure if its Facebook then or the app, it could be the connection between both. Can you continue to play without being connected? Or maybe even sync with the Kingdom in the app if that's easier. 

I don't think it's fair to ask for this if you happen to have clicked in the wrong place. It might sound harsh to say that but I'm just saying that if you know the button is there then just be careful. I always make sure to stop playing when I know this pop is gonna appear. 

This can happen unfortunately, its happened to the best of us. Personally I think with millions of players its impossible for King to look into all of these cases, especially when it might even be our computers etc. It sucks yes, but I normally just replay the level again :) 

If you had played over 1000 easy levels then CC wouldn't be the game it is right. Of course the levels are gonna be challenging at this point. How many times have you said this in the past, you'll pass it eventually!

Hmm, it sounds like there's information stored somewhere that's corrupting your profile if that makes sense. Maybe try clearing out your browser history and cache, get rid of anything that's stored up. 

The issue with the lives seems to be ongoing but as for losing your boosters, they are attached to the app so by deleting it, you deleted all of the app date as well. Its happened to us all. Look: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-did-my-boosters-disappear
