The moderators have stated that if any of the game apps are deleted, then the boosters we have saved will be deleted also. They are attached to app and not synchronized. Maybe its time to take a little break from the game. I find that a week or so off and then coming back with a fresh mind can help a lot with the frustrating levels. Give it a go, take some time out. 

Can you post a screenshot of this error message Patsy? If the app is crashing then try just closing the app completely and restarting your phone. Check you're up to date with the app also :)

I don't think the issues are related. For the issue on King.com, this could be related to Adobe Flash/Shockwave. Check to see if this is working okay. How are you saving your levels? Maybe try saving your game with the Kingdom instead of Facebook or vice versa. If you play on Facebook then check if your levels are safe on there. 

If you deleted the app then of course you're gonna lose all your stuff. Its like deleting any other app. Did you manage to sort out and stop the app from throwing you out? Are you using the latest version of the app?

Not everyone has this promotion Errol. King normally add them to maybe 70% of players games. So there is always a possibility that you won't get them. Just thought I'd let you know you can stop searching. I don't have this new one either. 

Hey Jasmi, you should probably check out this thread... it has a few answers in it. From what I've read it sounds like the boosters are attached to the app and can be lost so storing them up is not recommended. https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-did-my-boosters-disappear
