In the game, when the diamonds reach the bottom they give you extra points. They also keep your blocks apart, which reduces the amount of matches you can make. Just a little blocker I think.

Welcome! If you go to the menu on the left of the games (normally a grey panel I think) then you will see a little logo with 2 heads on it. Click on this and then there's an option to search for your friends via their email address. providing they have a King account as well. I hope this is what you need. 

It's pretty tricky but it can be passed, I've read a lot of comments about leaving the middle section alone as it seems to make the fruit easier to transport to the left column. Maybe this will help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t15fXGVUs40

Does the whole screen/browser go white or just the actual game screen? Can you post a screenshot so that we can see it? Maybe try another browser, update your flash player, try and narrow down the cause of the issue.

Little glitch in the matrix I guess. Did the person send anything else before it? I'm sure you can only send one thing a day so maybe they sent something else and you used that instead?
