  • It's because the maximum amount of lives that you can have is 5, no matter how many lives you accept, the game will not allow you to have more than 5 at one time. This is why when you think you have 10 and you use 2, you have 3 left, because you started at 5. I hope this helps :)

  • Do you mean that the game took you back to level 1240 or 1249? I know that from time to time the game doesn't recognize it if I've passed one level, but I've never been set back by 9 levels!

  • So you want to start again at level 1, is that what you're trying to do. If you have ever synchronized your game with facebook/kingdom then this is normal, the app sync'ing your progress. Just disconnect from whichever of these you are connected to in the app settings.

  • Okay, so you're using kingdom (the in-app saving system) and not King.com, the game website? I'm not sure why it shouldn't sync up, sure you are using the right account details?

  • So, on your old phone were you linked with facebook or kingdom? Whichever one you were sync'd with you will need to log into that account on the new iPad (so log into the facebook account/kingdom account) Oh, and its it's not possible to link King.com with your mobile, only with facebook.

  • These promotions are only offered to a random group of players, so it's not all of us, it seems to be random and change each promo. I guess it's just unlucky that you haven't had any yet :( Ps. Do you have the latest update of the game? It might be worth checking as to why, its an option to check.
