I know that items can get lost via updates, but not for anything you have paid for so your gold bars/levels will be safe. I don't think its guaranteed for any in-game boosters you have picked up though.

This level seems to have changed so much recently, all on devices! Maybe its better to pass it on Facebook and then sync with your phone so you're past it.

It's not something you can change sorry. It differs for each of the games. Just switch from one game to the other whilst you're waiting :)

If you opent he app, on the home page you will see a yellow button in the bottom left corner. If you tap this and then tap the green cog a list will appear, scroll down and you will see the 'restore purchases' button :)

Did you connect your game to the Kingdom in the app? How did you save your levels before? If you didn't connect with either Facebook or Kingdom then there is no way to get your levels back as they are not saved in the actual app sorry.

I've seen this issue before. I think it was related to the flash plugin not responding. Try playing the game in Chrome, it has an up to date Flash player built in so it can be more reliable. You can also check then if your Flash needs updating in your current browser.
