Hello Sheila, I'm sorry to say it but it was recently confirmed that the boosters are not synchronized with Facebook like your levels/gold bars are. They are attached to the app so if you delete it, then you delete all of the info with it, like boosters etc. 

This happens now and then. King might change a level based on feedback, difficulty settings etc. Plus levels always differ on facebook to how they look on mobile. Can you play the level on facebook? If you can pass it there then it's all good. 

So you were using Kingdom to save your game progress and when you put the details in and its stating that this account doesn't exist? You're sure that you put a password in and set up the account? I don't really think you can ask for a refund if you have already used the things you bought in the past!

This sounds to me like it could be a flash issue or maybe even a lack of available memory. Basically this action of using the color bomb creates a lot of movement, using the flash player and memory. Check that flash is enabled and updated in your browser via the Adobe site. Maybe try another browser as well. 

It sounds like you need to update the game in the app store, this is normally what the coming soon sign means. 

It could just be because the amount of memory Farm uses. Or it could be a connection issue with your wi-fi. If you google 'something went wrong' and also your browser you will see that its a common issue. See if you can find some troubleshooting steps.

You're sure that you are logged into the correct Facebook account? It's not possible to remove your progress from Facebook. Maybe log into facebook on your mobile. Then open the candy crush app and click on the 'connect to Facebook' button. This should transfer your levels.

Because in the mobile game, you're playing outside of Facebook, so you need to pay via your iTunes account for any in-game purchases. This is how it works for the mobile app :)

Good job on getting so far into the game. Have you seen the Kingdom achievements? If you connect your game to the Kingdom then you have a profile and in here are a few different challenges where you can get badges etc. Check it out!
