This message means that you have to play more episodes in the normal world to unlock the further levels in the dreamworld. Maybe your progress isn't sync'd so you're further behind on your iPad?

How many times did you try the level? Maybe try another browser, check your flash player. I haven't heard anything else about this level so its worth troubleshooting with your computer first. 

If you're playing on mobile then check and update the app and check you have enough memory available on your phone. If you're on a computer, then check your flash player is working, this normally causes games to crash.

Hello Joseph, how did you save your progress on your old phone? Just reconnect to whatever you were connected with on your previous phone. Open the candy app and click in the bottom left, then you will see you can connect to facebook or kingdom from there.

Hey Steve, I really don't recommend that you stockpile boosters, King don't recommend it either because if anything happens to the app, if it updates or you have to remove it etc, then you will lose them all. If you're playing on your tablet then open up the candy crush app and in the bottom left corner you will see a little yellow circle. If you tap here and then on the green cog, at the bottom of the list you will see a button to log out of Facebook. This should work for you. 

Hey Michael, if you go to King.com and play there, you will be assigned friends by the game (these are random people who play in your area) but this way you can get the tickets that you need to get through the roadblock :)

The bottlecap part of the game has been changed now, it's not in the game anymore, so if you update the app it should show. If you're watching videos on youtube, then it's possible that they are old videos!

I'm not sure if you're saying that your level are okay on Facebook or not? Is your progress safe there and you have lost in on your mobile? Did you try disconnecting and reconnecting to Facebook in the Soda app?
